Crunchy Kale Chips

Our new vice in our home is making kale chips.  We can’t get enough of them.  They taste almost like potato chips.  So easy and healthy too.

Wash and dry your kale.  Separate stems from leaves and tear into bite size pieces.

Toss with olive oil or vegetable oil

Sprinkle with kosher salt. Toss and bake.

Bake at 350 degrees.  Bake for 10-15 min.  Might be a good thing to watch them carefully since each oven is different.   We make ours a bit burnt and extra crunchy.


What is your easy and healthy recipe in your home.  I’d love to get more recipes to replace the Cheetos in my pantry. 🙂

  1. I’m so glad you posted this. I just recently gave up sugar and junk food and I’m trying to get more veggies in my diet too so this is perfect. I just learned how to cook asparagus and it was pretty tasty although it’s not in chip form 😉
