3 results from juicing

It’s over!  I did 3 days of no junk food, sodas, dairy, sugar or breads.  I pretty much ate like a stinking rabbit.   But I made it and have lived to tell about it.  It was not as hard as I thought it would be.  For some reason I got acclimated quite quickly to the foods.  I think if you just started eating this way without the juicing it would be really hard. 

#1  I can do it!   This was a huge accomplishment for me.  I usually don’t stick to doing a lot of things unless it is helpful to my family.  My staying healthy is helpful to my family.  They need me to stay around and live a healthy lifestyle.  I actually felt full after the first juicing that replaced my meal.  I think with the spinach and carrots it was very satisfying.  

#2  I discovered the power of momentum.  Once I made and drank my juice I really didn’t want to eat junk food and mess up what I had begun.  So I would eat an apple or banana instead of going for junk foods like before.

#3  I rebooted my system and now I am ready to begin eat healthy.  I won’t lie and tell you that I will only eat veggies or vegan or stay off sugar.  What I am saying is that I will eat better and less junk food from now on.  And if I fall off the wagon then I will begin my juicing/fast again and regain my footing.  Mind you, I am doing this for my health and not to lose weight.  So if you are wanting to do this check with your doctor before you begin.
