I am more of a cook than a baker. But since our resident baker (aka our daughter) is away at school, I have been filing(no pun intended) in this year. I recently made a crumb cake that was delish. You can find the recipe here.
Here is a picture of my version. I half-ed the crumble topping recipe. And I put it in a 8×8 pan instead of a 9×13.
And I would also like to offer a gluten-free recipe for my friends. Try out my friend Amy’s recipe for blueberry muffins here.
Even if you bake using a box mix, the important thing is the smiles and warmth it brings to you and your family. So fill those tummies up with something made by you with L-O-V-E! Have a wonderful and Fabulous Friday.

That looks so yummy! I still have some of the muffins I made in the freezer waiting for me and a cup of coffee.
Thanks. You are smart to stash them in the freezer for later. I wish I could hide my stuff from the 11 year old garbage disposal I call my son.
Well, that’s how I keep from eating them all at once. An 11 year old garbage disposal sounds about right, lol.
Yum! I made Irish Brown Bread this week, complete with a photo…it’s very easy, but it sounds good saying it! Let the blogging continue
